The bill was passed Thursday and if there are no legal challenges, will go into effect in 2023. “BNC Live” host Tashanea Whitlow is joined by correspondent Dray Clark, who says the bill benefits close to a million people. Both Mayor Bill de Blasio and incoming Mayor Eric Adams have expressed concerns about the legality of it.
