Today's culture is toxic to the modern man. There are no actions that men take that are correct anymore. The problem with our society today is that we've been allowed to create gender neutrality without creating any value for it. If a father abandons his child, he's a deadbeat. If a mother abandons her child, she's exercising her rights as a woman. Males have consequences for their actions but females don't.
It does beg the question - if a man makes a child, does society force him to be a father? Do we actually expect him to meet his obligations? Or is it just a social construct at this point? Do we hold women to the same standards?
