SEC Delays Bitcoin ETF Approval & Ripple CEO Talks XRP Lawsuit - Ethereum New ATH Price

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday delayed its decision on approving the VanEck Bitcoin ETF until June. Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said it’s hard to describe a small company like Ripple as harassing the SEC. He also tweeted the following "~10 yrs later, the US still lacks a clear regulatory framework for crypto. Assets like XRP are open-source + global by nature, & hundreds of projects are building w/ XRPL. Innovation can’t be stopped, it may just thrive out of the US. "

Ether hits all-time high price above $2.7K after rallying 19% in 3 Days. JPMorgan, in a report Tuesday titled “Why is ETH outperforming?”, suggests the cryptocurrency’s valuations may be less dependent on demand from leveraged traders than for bitcoin (BTC). That might provide an important tailwind.
