A cop framed a kid for a double murder in order to help drug gangs. This is not the start of a joke, but the story of Golubski, a known pimp to his fellow officers, who got promoted through the ranks, making Captain before retiring.
This comes to our attention because Golubski deliberate framed a kid for a double murder, who served 23 years in prison. Why did Golubski frame this kid? Because the mother had been performing sexual acts to Golubski under duress, but eventually refused to do it anymore, so Golubski framed the kid as retribution.
This story apparently has no bottom to hell. It just gets worse and and worse.
