A drunken cop at a bar decided to check whether the revolver he was carrying was loaded. Turns out the answer was yes. The bartender, upset at being shot, sues.
As it turns out, this was not the first time this officer pulled out his firearm in a bar to check if it was loaded. Um ... ok.
In today's legal anaylsis, we look to the liability of the other officers who were there, and also the police department as a whole. Can we successfully sue the police department? Let's find out!
