Relations between Lukashenko and Putin, however, are going through a rough patch. This, together with lousy management of the coronavirus crisis, has brought the tyrannical regime in Belarus to their knees. To what extent will Russia intervene to maintain the Belarusian dictatorship? Are we looking at the birth of democracy in this country? In this video, we will tell you.
