This seminal documentary offered Americans a window into African royalty and became a hit sensation in the United States. But few people are aware of Zamunda’s dark secrets. Secrets intentionally left on the cutting room floor. Never before seen, until now.
Through exclusive interviews with Zamundan witnesses and survivors, Imani, Kmaha, and Zamul, and former US Ambassador Phillip Hancock, We the Internet TV cuts through the propaganda of the original “romantic comedy" and documents the atrocities of the King Jaffe Joffer regime and the African hard-fought transition to democracy.
