4:57Now PlayingShortly after taking the oath of office and delivering his second inaugural address, President Donald Trump signed his first batch of official documents.
The traditional signing ceremony included leaders from Congress and set up the structure of the new presidency. The documents included his Cabinet appointments, sub-cabinet appointments and more.
Trump also signed a proclamation that all flags should be flown at full staff at all future presidential inaugurations. He had expressed frustration that flags were ordered to be at half-staff when he took office due to the death of President Jimmy Carter on Dec. 29 and the 30-day mourning period.
