Judge Bev has ruled that they have not yet engaged in "due and thorough deliberations" and sent them back to continue. Court is expected back at 3:30 p.m. EST today. We'll be talking about what all of this means, what happens if the jury continues to be unable to reach a decision, and what sort of restrictions exist to limit what the judge can do under these circumstances.
