Rep. Diana DeGette, a House impeachment manager, made the case that Trump loyalists were at the Capitol that day because Trump had clearly told them to be.
"He invited them with clear instructions for a specific time and place, and with clear orders to stop the certification in Congress by any means necessary," she said
