Stellantis, the Euro-American parent of Jeep, RAM, Dodge and Chrysler, is forking over $13 billion to fix its money-losing U.S. business, which is responsible for more than half of Stellantis's total profits. Formed in 2021, the company was a star--every year made more money than the one previous. But all the while, customers were walking away. Here's what it is trying to do to get them back, and what challenges remain.
