Butler claims he drove a van at Hunter’s direction while Hunter followed behind in Green’s Oldsmobile. After the trip, Butler says Hunter confessed, “I messed up.” Sensing the gravity of the situation, Butler responded, “I don’t want to hear it, man… got me in this mess.” Theresa Green’s body was later discovered wrapped in a blanket inside the trunk of that same Oldsmobile.
