5:10Now PlayingRetired Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens today said Judge Brett Kavanaugh's testimony last week "changed" his mind on the judge's qualifications. He went on to say the criticism by some that Kavanaugh's testimony presented the potential for political bias should he serve on the court has "merit." Stevens, who has previously praised Kavanaugh in one of his books, told a small crowd in Boca Raton, Florida, "I've changed my views for reasons that have no relationship to his intellectual ability … I feel his performance in the hearings ultimately changed my mind."
