42:08Now PlayingPresident Trump hosted leaders from Latin American countries as part of the Shield of the Americas Summit, during which he announced the formation of a counter-cartel coalition to combat drug trafficking and illegal immigration. During his remarks, the president gave a brief update on military operations against Iran and announced that the U.S. had formally recognized the government of Venezuela after he ordered an operation to abduct former President Nicolas Maduro for trial in New York. Mr. Trump thanked the Latin American partner nations in attendance, and he then brought Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on stage to give brief remarks.
