Vlad and Wack100 debated the lack of support Drake received during his beef with Kendrick Lamar. Vlad highlighted how Drake has significantly boosted the careers of many underground artists by featuring on their tracks. For instance, Vlad mentioned Migos, whose careers skyrocketed after Drake jumped on their track "Versace," and BlocBoy JB, who saw major success with "Look Alive" thanks to Drake's involvement.
Vlad questioned why none of these artists offered support to Drake during his conflict with Kendrick. He also contrasted this with Kendrick's recent victory lap celebration, noting that artists like YG, whom Kendrick has helped, joined him on stage. Wack100 argued that the artists who supported Kendrick were mostly local to Los Angeles and had close ties to him. Ultimately, Wack100 questioned whether Drake needed support at all, suggesting that Drake’s stature in the industry meant he could stand alone. Vlad, however, emphasized the disparity in loyalty and support shown by collaborators on both sides.
