The ADHD spectrum dispels the notion that ADHD is a simple binary — that you either have it or you don’t. ADHD is more complex than that, and it behooves most people who are alive right now to understand some of that intricacy. If you think that ADHD doesn’t affect you, you’re probably wrong: a multitude of forces (internet immersion, poor sleep, long COVID, and many more) are pushing our brains further along the ADHD spectrum. Even if you’ve avoided many of these forces in your own life, you’re interacting with other people who are becoming more ADHD-like year by year.
