1:20Now PlayingIDAHO FALLS - VO: The owners at Riverside Deli say they never planned for the shop to sell sandwiches, but ever since they were introduced locals have keep coming back for more.
SOT: “The deli was originally supposed to be a sea store, but the sandwiches took off and that’s what’s there instead,” Brian Jensen manager of Riverside Deli said.
VO: Every sandwich at Riverside Deli is build-your-own. Customers select from basic menu options and then fill their sandwich with their favorite ingredients.
SOT: “Aside from our location which is right next to the river, I really like how big our sandwiches are. It’s great. It’s one of the biggest sandwiches you can find in Idaho Falls,” Jensen said.

VO: Christopher Aguirre says he visits Riverside every week and usually gets the turkey bacon sandwich.
SOT: “(It’s) just really good. (Riverside has) really good veggies and (sandwiches are) really big,” Aguirre said.
VO: If you’ve never been… Riverside’s friendly staff says they’re here to help you build the perfect sandwich.
SOT: “You walk in, you feel welcome, you get a big sandwich. It’s just a comfortable atmosphere,” Jensen said.
