1:27Now PlayingIDAHO FALLS -- VO: One riverside restaurant is bringing the taste of the ocean right to east Idaho.
SOT: “Our salmon is amazing, the shrimp is amazing. Of course we have some of the best crab in town,” Manager Kirk Rehfield says.
VO: Sandpiper Restaurant in Idaho Falls is casual fine dining for steak and seafood lovers.
SOT: “I love sitting by the river, looking over it,” customer Ryan Nielsen says.
VO: The restaurant cooks up flavorful meats like its rack of lamb, top sirloin, and is Alaskan king crab legs. A must-try at Sandpiper is the Hawaiian crunch halibut.
SOT: "One of our staples is the Hawaiian crunch halibut, and it’s a macadamia nut crusted halibut, it’s topped with a lime chive butter sauce," Rehfield says.

VO: At this seafood stop workers try their best to give customers at Sandpiper experience.
SOT: “We’re kind of in that entertainment industry... People come in, not to eat, but for something to do. We want that experience to be a fun one, a memorable one,” Rehfield said.
VO: Customers say the best part of the experience is dining by the waterfront.
SOT: “I love sitting by the river, looking over it,” customer Ryan Nieslen said.
SOT: “Location is one of our main aspects. We provide really good food, and a really good view,” Rehfield say.
