YouTube Description
as posted by the channelDonald Trump is absolutely livid that the Supreme Court allowed his tax returns to be handed over to the Democrats in the House, and he is attacking them with everything he has. But the big irony is that he put 33% of those judges on the bench, and the conservative majority is the part that screwed him over. It is less about the tax returns and more about his feelings of betrayal, as Farron Cousins explains.

Donald Trump is absolutely furious this week, folks, because he has suffered setback after setback in court after court this week. In fact, on Tuesday in four different courtrooms around the country, Donald Trump was suffering massive legal defeats. But the one that really stung him the most, of course, was at the United States Supreme Court, where they declined to protect him from having his tax returns handed over to Democrats on the House Ways and means Committee. A year's long battle is finally over because the six to three majority on the Supreme Court failed to protect Donald Trump. And he sees this basically as one of the ultimate betrayals of his life. He took to truth social, of course, to say this, why would anybody be surprised that the Supreme Court has ruled against me? They always do. It is unprecedented to be handing over tax returns and it creates terrible precedent for future presidents.
Has Joe Biden paid taxes and all of the money he made illegally from Hunter and beyond? The Supreme Court has lost its honor, prestige, and standing, and has become nothing more than a political body with our country paying the price. They refuse to even look at the election hoax of 2020. Shame on them. I like how you're now just calling it the election hoax because that is exactly what you're pushing. You're pushing an election hoax that's 100% not real. So I'm glad you're finally admitting that. Um, as to the point you made prior to that statement, the Supreme Court has lost its honor, prestige, and standing and has become nothing more than a political body, uh, with our country paying the price. Yeah. Um, you, you're not gonna get any disagreement from me on that point. We just believe that for different reasons. Like for some reason you think this Supreme Court, this body of which you appointed 33% of the people there, you think it's political in that they don't like you.
The rest of the country views it as political in that they're pushing a very clear and hard right political agenda. So we agree with the sentiment, just not the rationale behind it. As for the rest of it, suck it up buttercup. You lost, just like you lost in the lower court and, and the court before that. You and your lawyers went to court making idiotic arguments that were so weak that the, uh, defense, in this case, the House Democrats were easily able to say, you are claiming we have no legislative purpose for it. We are showing you a legislative purpose, end of case, end of discussion, because that was the only argument your dumb lawyers could come up with. Like, that's what you got. So maybe if you had
Better people who had better legal arguments, you wouldn't be in this predicament. But at the same time, I think the Supreme Court also understands, listen, the Democrats got what, like a couple weeks left. I mean, they're gonna go on their winter break, they're on Thanksgiving break this week, so they're gonna do like, like five days of work between now and the new Congress being sworn in. So what's the harm, right? Because really at this point it's like, yeah, we won, but you, you don't really win anything because you don't have time to do anything. You're gonna get your hands on Donald Trump's tax returns. You're gonna enter 'em into the congressional record, which is, I, I hope you do that. I mean, that's what you need to do. And then beyond that, like you don't even have time to craft legislation. So even though Trump lost, he still kind of won. And I think had Democrats prevailed in retaining the House of Representatives in this year's midterms, I think we may have seen a different, uh, ruling come from the Supreme Court, but I think what happened is that the conservatives there understood the Democrats don't have time to do anything with these anyway. Let's throw 'em a bone here, make it look like, oh, we're not so partisan. But really you've delayed it to the point where Democrats can't do anything. And this whole thing has been one year's long waste of time.
