MAGA Pastor Hatches Scheme To Rig Elections So Republicans Can't Lose

A Trump-loving pastor from Mississippi has had, as he put it, a "stroke of genius" and devised a new plan to make sure Republicans never lose again. That plan essentially involves taking away the "one person, one vote" position for the senate, while also trampling all over the 17th Amendment. Recently a Trump loving MAGA passed her out of Mississippi by the name of Shane Vaughn talked about the fact that in the state of Georgia, you know, he is still devastated by Herschel Walker's loss. So he talked about the fact that in Georgia, he says everybody's conservative except for these two little blue dots, right? Those big metropolitan areas with huge swaths of the population. Those are liberal. He says, but everybody else is conservative and it's not fair. Those are his words. It's not fair that those conservative voters, according to him, don't have a voice in the State's Senate elections. So here is his brilliant plan that he referred to himself as a stroke of genius. This is his stroke of genius plan. The only way we ever have a Republican president is the electoral college. We cannot defeat the population centers without the electoral college.

Okay? You know what I, I've still got so much more to read, but let's think about what he's already saying. He's like, listen, we're not gonna get the popular vote in the presidential race. People don't like us. So we're saved by the electoral college. Basically. As long as we can keep rigging things with that, which is a legal form of rigging, we're good. Without that, we're screwed. He's right. Um, the entire state of Georgia is conservatives all rushing to the polls. They, they came to the polls that day and blew the numbers outta the water. They were winning their state. They were turning their state in the right direction until they hit that blue area called Atlanta, Georgia. Good try. All you great citizens of Georgia, your voice doesn't matter because you don't have the majority of the population. So therefore, you really shouldn't have even shown up to vote because we're going to stop you In the population centers.

The office of a Senator is just like the office of the president. It is a statewide campaign. It is statewide. Therefore, I am of the opinion that the only way to save the Senate in the United States of America is that the Senate election should also be done by the electoral college of a state. So he wants to take the only winning formula Republicans have nationwide, which is the electoral college, and put an electoral college in every state. So that way Republicans, as he put it, can win. Because as he admits, again, this is Pastor Shane Vaughn outta Mississippi, as he admits, well, majority of people don't wanna vote for Republicans. But a couple days after he made those comments, he was apparently made aware of a fact of the existence of something called the 17th Amendment to the United States Constitution. The 17th Amendment, of course, for those who are not familiar with it, allows for the direct election of senators by the people in a state.

So then after he learned that this existed, he said, what we must do is repeal 17, otherwise you're going to have a blue house and a blue Senate. And ladies and gentlemen, you cannot govern that way. It's not fair. It's not fair. So in addition to having to create an electoral college state by state to R election, so Republicans can win. Now, we've also gotta repeal the 17th Amendment. Dude, you're giving us so much homework. Could you just maybe, I don't know, have a better political party that actually attracts people instead of trying to repel everybody? I mean, I mean, that actually seems a lot easier than remaking our entire democratic process. Just so y'all can win. Um, maybe become something that people actually want to vote for, I love it, right? It's Occam's razor. Um, it's like the simplest explanation is, wait a minute, what if we just did good things for people?

And they're like, nah, let's tear down the entire constitution, remake the entire country from the ground up rig the elections in our favor. And then we told, we got it made. We got it made. And at this point, the question is like, why do you even, why do you even wanna run for office as a Republican? Like you can still win. But the question is, you're not running on anything. You're just running for the power itself.
