So this week we had a pre-trial hearing with Judge Aileen Cannon, with Jack Smith's prosecutorial team and Donald Trump's defense team, where one of the issues discussed was the date of the trial. Now, as of me sitting here right now, judge Cannon has not said when the trial is going to be after hearing arguments from both sides. But, and this is very interesting, and it tells me that Judge Cannon has no frigging clue what she's doing. Judge Cannon told the prosecutors that the date they requested mid-December, judge Cannon told those prosecutors, that's just way too darn soon. Like what are you thinking? There's no way all of y'all can go through the discovery thing. I mean, the defense has a lot they gotta go through, so we gotta give 'em lots of time, which is exactly what Trump wants, which is why she's doing that.

But she's like, mid-December, you're nuts. We can't have a trial in mid-December. There's not enough time. Now, when I read this article, when I read that statement from the judge, something clicked in my brain. I thought, wait a minute. Wait, wait. You're saying that mid-December is not enough time to get ready for trial? But, but I could have sworn that Judge Cannon had initially set a trial date of August 14th. Like she already said, August 14th is the perfect date. Oh, mid-December. That's, that's, that's way too early. So how is August 14th? Not earlier than mid-December a a and then after reading several articles about this and nobody mentioning it, I had to go back cuz I was like, did I make it up? Did did I hallucinate that she said August 14th? No, no, I didn't because obviously you type in Judge Cannon trial date August 14th, it's all over the place. So Judge Cannon was so desperate to give Donald Trump a victory that she ended up ruling against herself by saying that mid-December is too soon. When she had already said, let's do it on August 14th. That's how corrupted this judge is willing to overrule herself to give Trump everything he wants. This is not going to be a fair trial. Like there is no way this idiot incompetent judge is going to make sure that this is a fair trial and that statement alone, that mid-December is too soon. That's the proof. That's all you need. All you need is that one statement that contradicts what she had already done because this was supposed to happen on August 14th. And now she says that even in December that we don't have enough time.

Donald Trump's plan is to delay this lawsuit indefinitely because he believes he is definitely gonna win the 2024 election. And if he wins that election, he just has to wait it out till January 20th, 2025. He'll pardon himself, and it all goes away. And Judge Cannon may do that. I'm starting to think that Judge Cannon will do that. Now, during the hearing, according to the report, she didn't seem too open, you know, to the idea of postponing it past the election. But she did ask the defense like, well, why does it have to be after the election? Like, why not before? So she was open to it to a degree, but wasn't, you know, hardcore like, no, we're gonna do it before the election. She's gonna throw this thing in Trump's favor, whatever way she can. And as I've already mentioned, she's already done it through multiple rulings, both, uh, last year and with this, you know, after the indictment came down, moving it to her jurisdiction instead of where the charges were filed, because that is a friendlier Trump district as opposed to a more moderate one. I, I've lost faith Trump's gonna walk on this case because Judge Cannon, I firmly believe is going to make sure that Trump walks in this case.
