A veteran, f b i, counterintelligence official has come forward with a new whistleblower complaint alleging that the investigation that he was conducting into Trump's allies, including Rudy Giuliani and his work in Ukraine, that investigation was killed by his superiors at the F B I. This whistleblower alleges that they specifically told him to stop the investigation. Stop reaching out to your contacts, stop talking to the witnesses. We don't want this investigation to go any further. This investigation, of course, had begun while Donald Trump was office, uh, in office, excuse me, continued. Uh, once Joe Biden got in office, then it basically last August, 2022, the agent says he was called in and that's when they effectively and efficiently killed his investigation. He recently, this whistleblower spoke to Business Insider, uh, on the condition of anonymity. And here is what Business Insider wrote. The whistleblower told insider that he was finally ordered to stop investigating Giuliani and the rest of the Trump White House in August of 2022.
After months of what he said were persistent efforts to frustrate his work at a meeting with three F B I supervisors at a bureau field office Insider was able to support the agent's account of the meeting with a second source who had knowledge of what took place. So it's not just one person making these accusations. They contacted a second source who knew about the meeting, uh, may have been present and confirmed this, that's important. He said the meeting had been called to discuss the 14 year veteran's job performance. As one of the bureau's, few Russian speaking counterintelligence specialists. He maintained a network of overseas sources that had been utilized by agents across the country to investigate everything from money laundering to political corruption. His statement said, he said his work had been recognized with eight consecutive years of excellent or outstanding performance appraisal reports running from 2010 to 2018, and he had been tapped to help verify information obtained by investigators working for Robert Mueller during his time as special counsel. But in the August, 2022 meeting, he was called onto the carpet to discuss performance issues and concerns and was given suggestions for how to improve the agent's account provided to lawmakers. Said the directions he received included a strict prohibition on filing intelligence reports relating to Giuliani or any other Trump associate.
He has submitted his complaint, a 22 page complaint, uh, complaint, excuse me, to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Now, I know you're wondering why is the Senate to the Senate, right? Don't we have the House of Representatives? We have a select
Committee on the weaponization of the government. This seems like perfect material for weaponization of the government. The government stepped in and said, stop investigating Donald Trump's friends. So you would think, especially because technically it happened while Biden was president, you would think Jim Jordan would be all over that. But the whistleblower says no. He did reach out to Jim Jordan's office and they seemed interested at first until he confirmed to them that the Hunter Biden investigation had been on the level the whole time. There was no weaponization. Everything about that was totally fine. But I do have information about this other stuff that was stifled and they said, no thanks. No thanks. We only care about Hunter Biden. So right off the top, that proves that this weaponization of the government subcommittee is total bss because this man came forward with real actual evidence, uh, uh, a corroborating witness.
