Media Treats Ron DeSantis With Kid Gloves And He STILL Fails

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis' failing presidential campaign has been given every possible helping hand by the conservative machine, and he's still failed to deliver for them. Even in the Fox News debates, the hosts have gone exceptionally easy on him, and he still continues to fall flat with audiences. Is he just really bad at this whole campaign thing? It's obvious that the people that run Fox News, the Murdoch family, they don't like Donald Trump. They have not been happy with Donald Trump for quite some time. And so they've done a really good job in their minds of trying to push Ron DeSantis on the public. They have done countless softball interviews with him, and even with the re uh, debates, the Republican debates that we've had, those moderators are going super, super easy on Ron DeSantis. Which leads us to a viewer question. This is from, uh, uh, Nyam E 1 2 7. Who asks, do you think Fox News debates are softball? In DeSantis specifically? I've noticed that they tend to ask question to DeSantis and he seems to have an answer memorized. Then Fox News asks another question to a different candidate, and DeSantis doesn't speak at all for the rest of the block. Um, that was exceptionally evident by the way, in the second Republican debate.

DeSantis would go long stretches of time without saying a single word. And I do think to a degree that he's getting softball questions. I mean, let's face it, Fox News was squarely in the tank for Ron DeSantis for quite some time. I mean, the owners, the hires up, uh, you know, Lachlan and Rupert Murdoch, until Rupert Murdoch recently stepped down. They wanted it to be DeSantis. They wanted the party to move on from Donald Trump, and they were pushing DeSantis. You know, Brian kill me. Did that interview where for some reason they were, they were on a baseball diamond. Um, that's that I didn't know Ron DeSantis was known for baseball, but okay, so they have like handed him every opportunity, especially with these debates. 'cause they know that's where he is the weakest to be like, here you go Ron. Here's a super, super easy thing.

All you have to do is just not mess up and then we won't talk to you for 15 minutes. Can you do that buddy? Can, can you just give us, give us like a 32nd answer and then we won't even bother you for a while. Please don't do your weird, like, attempt to smile thing. Uh, that of course went viral after the first debate, but yeah, Fox News, by the way, I do think they're going easy on a lot of the Republican candidates. Um, they're definitely not going easy on Chris Christie. I, he's a C n N guy anyway, so, you know, they're, they're trying to get him. I, I don't think they like Mike Pence. Maybe they do. Uh, they've been easy on Nikki Haley. They have been tough on Ramas Swami. They've been easy, I think, on Tim Scott. And, you know, just like the rest of the public, they forgot who the other folks on the stage are. So that's kind of how it is. And yeah, you, you do get that when you have a highly partisan network running these, you know, partisan debates. They get to inject because this is not, you know, the commission on presidential debates, there's no rules. It's whatever the

Network wants to do. They can target whoever they want. They can softball, whoever they want. Um, it's really an unfair process given that, but it's the way it works. You know, this is the Republican primary. They can set the debates up however they want, and Fox News is gonna continue to try to shove DeSantis down our throats, even though the public has repeatedly said, we're going to throw up. If you continue trying to do that, Fox News doesn't care because they're desperate to make any Republican president. As long as it's not Donald Trump, until of course they have no choice, and Trump becomes the nominee, then we will see them all very, very quickly fall right back in line with everything that Trump does.
