According to a new document obtained by the Guardian, Donald Trump is planning on using his quote board of peace to give himself and other members of his administration sweeping immunity from international war crimes prosecutions. The document obtained by the Guardian is a four-page resolution which extends broad protections to every member of the Board of Peace and its administrative affiliate, the Office of the High Representative, as well as to the Palestinian technocrats, international military forces, and non-resident contractors lined up to perform work in Gaza. It defines legal processes from which they would have immunity as any arrest, detention or legal proceedings in the courts or other entities in Gaza. So right now this document is only applying to what the administration what the board of peace is going to do in Gaza. But let's not forget that Benjamin Netanyahu is of course a big supporter of the board of peace. Trump said he's going to be a member of it. So all of those war crimes that are being committed wiped away. The Board of Peace for some reason is actually a UN sanctioned body. Now the UN said, "Okay, we will recognize this thing Trump created that of course is nothing more than a giant money laundering operation. money has gone into it, but it hasn't gone into the UN monitored bank account. It's gone into a private bank account. Talked about that about a month or so ago. So, he's using it to funnel money. And now he's using it to give himself immunity. And they're starting with Gaza. But trust me, Gaza is not going to be the only one. All those fishing boats that Trump and Pete Hegsmith have been blowing up in the Pacific and the Caribbean, they'll get immunity for that. The war crimes they may or may not have committed just yet in Iran, they'll get immunity for that. They will get immunity for everything. And because this board is recognized as real by the UN,
it may destroy our one and only chance to put these people behind bars because we know they will not face justice here in the United States at all. They'll either pardon themselves or the next administration will pull an Obama and say, "Let's look forward, not backwards." and they'll get away with it all. And now they're trying to make it to where no other country, not even the International Criminal Court, can hold them accountable for any of this. The Board of Peacees chair, Donald Trump, would have the right to wave someone's legal immunity pending majority support from his peace board. The seven member executive board includes people like Jared Kushner, Trump's handpicked special envoy Steve Whitoff, his chief of staff Susie Wilds, and of course national security adviser Marco Rubio.
So literally just all his friends and family are sitting on the board. So if Trump doesn't like you, he can take your immunity away.
But otherwise, you sign on to his board, you can go out there around the world and commit all the world war crimes you want, and we'll just give you immunity. Now, let me ask you this. Let's put this in some perspective here. If you are not breaking the law,
do you need immunity? If you are not planning to break the law, do you need immunity?
Immunity is for people that have committed crimes. Immunity is offered or dangled in front of people who want to commit crimes. Like if a court showed up at my door right now, a judge, you know, investigators and like, "Hey, fair, we'll give you immunity. There you go."
