Joshua Haymes, a self-proclaimed Christian Nationalist made headlines for saying that slavery is not inherently evil and that every Christian should be able to defend that. Doug Wilson has likewise caused a stir by saying that slavery wasn't as bad as people think, and that Christians should accept that the Bible teaches that slavery is not inherently immoral in all cases.
Unsurprisingly, that's caused quite a stir. In this video, I break down why these people are claiming that, what they perceive is at stake, and why Christians can still claim that slavery is, in fact, inherently immoral.
