2:00Now PlayingWith the rapid rise of outside money in political campaigns, how will the pro-Jeb Bush super PAC Right to Rise impact the 2016 race? The Washington Post's Ed O'Keefe -- who has been reporting on the Bush campaign since February -- explains that the head of Right to Rise, Mike Murphy, wants to demonstrate that outside groups can be used for a "more positive force -- not just to take down somebody but also to introduce a candidate." To accomplish this, Right to Rise will spend this fall running biographical ads with Jeb Bush talking about his family, experience and vision. The super PAC doesn't rule out eventually drawing contrast with Bush's Republican competitors, and they plan to use new media like Vine and Facebook as well as old-school paper mailers to specifically target voters in early voting states. And while the super PAC is working to support Bush's campaign, the two do not officially coordinate. But if they see the other taking specific actions, they'll stay out of the way.
