1:07:28Now PlayingIs the Brian Walshe case really a slam dunk for the prosecution?
Everyone keeps saying this trial is open-and-shut — but tonight we’re breaking down what the jury will actually care about, what’s just noise, and whether this case is truly as simple as it looks.
We’ll look at:
• The mountains of evidence against Brian Walshe — including the disturbing items recovered in the trash
• How the defense is fighting back, and whether any of it is landing
• The key legal question: can the jury reach murder beyond a reasonable doubt?
• The search data, the life insurance, the timeline issues, and the intent evidence
We’ll also talk about the major rulings coming:
• Whether the jury will hear about Walshe’s guilty plea
• The dramatic and contested text messages with William Fastow

Join me live as we dig into one of the most unsettling and complicated trials we’ve seen.
On New Year’s Day 2023, Ana Walshe vanished without a trace—leaving behind three young sons. Hours later, police say her husband Brian Walshe was googling how to dispose of a body. Police say they found blood in the basement and in a trash container miles from the Walshe home. But they have never found the body of Ana Walshe. Now Brian Walshe is on trial for the murder of Ana.
