YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThis is Part 2 of my deep dive into the events leading up to the murder of Ana Walsh. In this video I focus on the disputed estate of Brian Walshe’s father. Sounds dry? Trust me on this one!
Brian told the Massachusetts probate court there was no will and that he was the only heir. But members of his own family and friends of his father later came forward with sworn affidavits, photographs of a will that explicitly disinherited Brian, and claims that estate assets disappeared while Brian was in control.
The will dispute unfolded before, during and after the disappearance of Brian's wife Ana on New Year’s Day 2023. Police have never found the body of Ana Walshe, but Brian Walshe was convicted of her murder in December 2025.
