A pedestrian accident in Florida is when somebody walking is involved in an accident, or injured because of somebody else's negligence. That can be somebody driving a car or a truck hitting them. That can be somebody riding a bike hitting them. That can be somebody riding a motorcycle hitting them, or causing them to jump out of the way to try to avoid injury, and then that causes an injury. So it's really any negligence on behalf of somebody else, that hits a person that was walking, who's known as a pedestrian.
