RICO stands for Racketeering, Influence, Corrupt Organization. There basically are two parts. One, you've got the organization. Two, you've got multiple crimes committed by the organization. The most obvious that we know about are organized crime, where you've got the mob bosses and they're doing crimes through underlings and they get charged with RICO. You've got drug cases. But in today's world, RICO's been used for a lot of other things. For instance, RICO's been used for corporations who do multiple crimes within what we think is a legitimate corporation. They're actually ripping people off. They've been charged with RICO. So again, it's an organization that commits multiple crimes.
