The World Cup has kicked off, but which teams most closely match their country's native people, and which ones have been enriched?
It might seem silly to focus on this, but it is remarkable just how much the England team has changed in a few decades. And football teams are held up by leftists as a reason why mass immigration is an unalloyed good as it allows the best players from around the world to come to the most lucrative markets.
But when this ends up with European national teams comprised mainly of Africans it exposes the nonsense of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I asked a left-wing mate why DEI wasn't applied to football teams, to ensure that all ethnicities, genders, weights and abilities were represented, and he said, "Well, that's stupid because then they wouldn't have the best footballers."
Well, what do you think happens in all other areas of life when diversity is crowbarred in?
And should national teams be treated like a global boardroom? Nationhood involves ancestry, culture, language, upbringing, memory and shared inheritance.
