President Donald Trump signed an executive order boosting childhood cancer research in the Oval Office on Tuesday.

Trump was joined by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Medicare administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz, as well as WWE's Stephanie McMahon and Triple H.

During the executive order signing, reporters asked President Trump about the looming government shutdown.

A shutdown could begin at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday if no deal is reached. Key services like Social Security and military operations would continue. Furloughed federal workers are guaranteed back pay under law.
