as posted by the channel

The American Cancer Society is launching a new study to examine why Black women are dying from cancer at higher rates than any other ethnic group, despite U.S. cancer deaths declining.

Data shows that breast cancer kills Black women at a rate 40% higher than white women, despite Black women being less likely to be properly diagnosed.

The new study "Voices of Black Woman" will take 100,000 Black women ages 25-55 with no history of cancer, and track their health over the next 30 years.
