Sahana, who suffered recurring seizures, was prescribed Lamotrigine, leading to severe allergic reactions. Diagnosed with DRESS (Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms) at the hospital, she was repeatedly discharged despite ongoing health issues. The lawsuit claims the hospital failed to monitor her heart and inform the family of the risk of cardiac failure, resulting in her untimely death.
