7:03Now PlayingArthur Grand Technologies, an IT service firm, has settled with the Department of Justice after facing backlash for a discriminatory job listing that specified a "whites only" requirement for a Business Analyst position. The listing stated: "Only born US citizens [white] who are local within 60 miles from Dallas, Texas [don’t share with candidates]." The company has agreed to pay a $7,500 civil penalty and $31,000 to the 31 individuals who filed complaints. While the company has not admitted wrongdoing, they claim the post was made by a "rogue employee."
