The meeting between the Governor and legislative leaders resulted from Tuesday's announcement of a GOP plan to sell general obligation bonds for infrastructure development in preparation for a stadium. According to House Majority Leader Matt Dean, road and sewer improvements and other infrastructure work could total 25 percent of the project.
