Schara, Senate bill sponsor Carrie Ruud, R-Breezy Point, House bill supporter Kurt Daudt, R-Crown, partnered with an organization called Pawsitivity Service Dogs, which rescues dogs and trains them to be service dogs. The group created a website, mnstatedog.org, as a civic education tool for school kids to learn about the legislative process by following the progress of the bill and contacting their legislators
