Q: What part of the land is where the service tax is paid upon according to the new order imposed by the Delhi High Court?
Answer: Percentage of the service tax is determined on the case to case basis. Under the service tax law, rule 2A defines the procedure to calculate the service tax portion in composite deals. However this deal doesn’t apply on the value of the land as the Delhi High order.
