The city of Pune is all set to get a revamp skyline as the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has sent the development control rules (DCR) to the Maharashtra Government for approval, reported exclusively by Magicbricks Now.
The DCR proposed to introduce Fungible and Premium FSI in Pune. The overall floor space index (FSI) is proposed to be capped at 3.5 and will also be linked to the width of the road. The move was taken to reduce the dependency on the transfer of development rights (TDR).
