Question: I have a budget of Rs50 lakhs. This is for pure investment. I am looking at Delhi/NCR, preferably in & around Dwarka, New Delhi. Please suggest good under-construction or ready properties with good future prospects. Also, which is a better investment bet - plots or projects? I am open to both residential and commercial plots/properties.
Answer: In Dwarka, you have to buy from the secondary market. Your budget is too small for Dwarka. Those listed in L-Zone are available but they are not legal. Dwarka Mor has localities like Mahavir Nagar where there are a few properties but again check the legality. With your budget of Rs50 lakhs look for properties in Noida, Greater Noida West and NH-24.
