Answer: There is a time limit before you need to move in. But, if you have months’ time, you can consider looking resale properties and negotiate better with the primary market. If you do not have time at your disposal, then you will not get any immediate deals as real estate is not a liquid asset. It is advisable to approach reputed developer, who accepts everything via cheques. Prices are not going to move on an immediate basis.
