This scheme has benefit like the title will be clear, if it’s under PMAY the housing will be completed within a fixed period. If you are an aspiring buyer, this is a great time to buy. The prices of houses under this scheme won’t inflate very strongly. So, if you are looking to invest, it isn’t very ideal as you won’t get good returns.
