Answer: Budget was very well received by the industry. There surely has been a positive impact on the buyer’s market. Some benefits of the budget include lower interest, flat property rates, creation of jobs and increase in residential demand. With lot of funds available with the banks, interest rates will fall. A lot of benefits in terms of tax have been given to the developers. If they pass on these benefits to the buyers, you can expect property rates to be low.
