The deceased woman was unwell because of lack of food and water. She along with her son boarded the Shramik train from Gujarat to go back to their village in Bihar. The woman collapsed just as the train entered Muzaffarpur and her body was kept back on the platform. The little son kept playing with him hoping that the mother would wake up.
