3:30Now PlayingIn a tragic turn of events, a three year old child died in Telangana's Medak district after falling into a 120 feet borewell. The body of the child was retrieved almost 12 hours after the rescue operation had begun. The unfortunate event occurred when the child fell into the abandoned site which had sunk recently. Three borewells had been dug in the area without the permission of the concerned authorities and were left unattended as there was no water in them. The case has been deemed as one of gross negligence resulting in the loss of a child's life.
