4:11Now PlayingMirror Now did an investigation in order to check whether Helpline numbers are actually helping or not. It was discovered that helpline numbers were more "Helpless" as they went "busy" most of the time. In about 2 days, out of 40 calls, only 3 calls were answered. Helpline numbers that promise "help and support" and are supposed to provide immediate help are actually busy. There are just long waiting lines and no promised support provided. However, in response to our investigation, the Delhi government has assured that necessary steps will be taken and the problem will be fixed in a few days.
