Times Now found that the migrants at the Delhi station are still unaware of the recent judgment by the apex court that says states should ensure transportation of the migrants in their respective states, bearing the cost of transportation.
The migrants were however unaware of any such judgment and are found to be waiting for hours for trains and buses. They wanted to go home to Bihar from Delhi.
