Centre affidavit has said it doesn't have any statutory power to direct public or private hospitals to provide free COVID-19 treatment, however, it also asked for 2 week time to file a detailed reply. The Supreme Court is trying desperately to reduce the financial burden off citizens and provide an affordable treatment for Coronavirus as the outbreak is only increasing day by day.
