The death of the elephant happened due to explosion of firecracker inside her mouth after consuming food stuffed with firecrackers offered to her. However, the officials themselves are confused about her death and they claim that certain interrogations of few locals have already taken place. The poor animal at the time of death was pregnant with an infant. The initial report on the death of the elephant in Kerala has been released and the results reveal appalling details of the brutality but now one arrest has been finally made.
