2:54Now PlayingThough permission provided for restaurants and tea stalls to function in the state of Tamil Nadu, the operational difficulty still persists. The State Government had clearly stated these restaurants to emphasize on the sanitation of the places and follow strict preventive measures to ensure safety. Therefore, many restaurants have converted their premises to ‘take away’ centres, considering the lesser flow of customers. Shortage of staffs is another issue faced by restaurant owners who limited the workers' number just for preparing and packing parcels and do not want to employ anyone currently considering the infection numbers to be still high in the City.
